OUR JOURNEY
Our Journey Thus Far
In the early days of Inovic Labs, we embarked on a journey with a mission: to develop the Xoera taxi dispatch software.
Our starting were modest
Starting with just three passionate individuals. Our team consisted of a savvy financier who once wore the hat of a taxi driver and also looked after our facilities.
Then there was
Our UI/UX designer and front end developer, an avid technology enthusiast whose foresight and ambition painted the future of our software.
Last but certainly not least
Our lead developer - a dynamic force of one, ready to dive deep into multiple programming languages and ensure our system surpassed competitors.
We were able to
Craft an initial set of software requirements, identifying gaps in existing market offerings, Drawing from the financier’s firsthand experience as a taxi driver. His unwavering belief in our collective strength was our bedrock.
It wasn’t without its challenges
A year into our development, we stood at the precipice of our first big installation, only to realise our product didn't measure up to leading systems in the market. Facing our moment of truth, we chose resilience over resignation. We re-evaluated, re-designed, and rebuilt, drawing inspiration from market needs.
Our renewed effort bore fruit
When we partnered with Trio Cars, our inaugural client. The early days were riddled with software bugs, but the supportive team at Trio Cars stood by us, helping refine our product with valuable feedback.
The real crucible
Came with our installation at Redline Cars. It was here that our software faced its first major stress test – handling different telephone systems, ensuring reliability during peak times, and gauging user-friendliness in a bustling environment.

From that pivotal moment, our trajectory only pointed upwards. Today, as we recount our story, it's with immense pride and gratitude.
