Ques 2: How to Edit a Job?
From the dispatch screen, Right click on the job needed to edit. A pop-up will appear like the one below,
Now Click on ‘Edit Job’.
The system will take on the Booking screen, and can now change any of the information as required.
Click on ‘ Save’ or Press F2.
Ques 3: How to Book Return Journey?
Way 1:
While saving a job, a
confirmation screen appears.
Click on “Return Booking’
Automatically
previous ‘Dropoff Address” will become the “Pickup
Address”
& previous ‘Pickup Address” will
become the “Dropoff Address”.
Now Click on ‘Save’ or press F2.
Way 2:
From the dispatch
screen, Right click on the job needed to set return journey again. A

From the Admin Module,
1. **Accessing to the ‘System’**:
- From the side menu, click on "System".
- Next, select "Lost Found Properties".
2. **Entry a Property**:
- Click on "NEW" located at the top left corner.

Ques 5: How to Add Booker?
From the Admin Module,
1. **Accessing to the ‘Booker’**:
- Click "Fleet, Booker & Account" from the side menu.
- Next, select "Booker".
2. **Set a New Booker**:
- Click on "NEW" located at the top left corner.
3. **Inputting all Necessary Details**:
Set Booker's Name, Address, City, Postcode, Phone Number & Email.
4. **Booker Commission**:
Click on “Commission” located in the upper half of the current window. Here, a user can either grant or deny particular rights.
A user can set a ‘Fixed Commission’ or ‘Variable Commission (%)’ for cash or card payments.
5. **”Booker SMS , Email & Price”**:
Click “Booker SMS, Email & Price” in the upper half of the current window. Here, a user can either grant or deny particular options.
6. **Saving the Booker Data**:
- Select "Save" or "Save and Close" at the top left corner to save the Booker data.
Ques 6: How to Set Vehicle Types?
From the Admin Module,
1. **Accessing to the ‘Vehicle’**:
- From the side menu, click on "Vehicle".
- Next, select "Vehicle Types".
2. **Entry a New Type Vehicle**:
- Click on "NEW" located at the top left corner.
3. **Inputting all necessary Details**:
Set the vehicle type name, Number of passengers, luggage & handbags.
Set a fixed price neither % price for the vehicle.
4. **Saving the Booker Data**:
- Select "Save" or "Save and Close" at the top left corner to save the Booker data.
Ques 7: Arrived & Finish Button Activation Ratio Changes.
When a driver enters 1600 meters radius of the pickup address and dropoff address the “Arrived” and “Finish” buttons will activated by the software default system. A user can change the radius according to their requirement. Users need to follow the below procedure,
From the Admin Module,
1. **Accessing to the ‘System’**:
- From the side menu, click on "Configuration".
- Next, select "Arrived Btn Activation Radius" or "Finish Btn Activation Radius" to change the radius.
2. **Change of area Radius**:
Select the "Arrived Btn Activation Radius" option from the option bar.
Click on the ‘Driver’s App’ option.
Now User can set the new radius for both arrive and finish Btn.
4. **Saving the changes**:
- Select "Save" or "Save and Close" at the top left corner to save the changes.
Ques 8: How to Change Default Address Search Option?
The software can do search operations in 3 ways.
Search Locally
Search Nationally
Search Using Google ( Which is paid)
By default the search operation is set to Locally, so the user can change the method. Users need to follow the below procedure,
From the Admin Module,
1. **Accessing the ‘Configuration’**:
- From the side menu, click on "System".
- Now, click on ‘Configuration’
- Click on “Edit” from the top left corner.
2. **Change of Default Address Search**:
Select the “Booking & Dispatch" option from the option bar.
Select the any of operation methods from Local, National, or Google.
3. **Saving the changes**:
- Select "Save" or "Save and Close" at the top left corner to save the changes.
Ques 9: How to Change Job Return Time?
After dispatching a job from the back office, a notification goes on the driver’s app screen for 60 seconds.
A driver can Accept or Reject the job within the time period. A user can change the time period as per company requirements. Users need to follow the below procedure,
From the Admin Module,
1. **Accessing the ‘Configuration’**:
- From the side menu, click on "System".
- Now, click on ‘Configuration’
- Click on “Edit” from the top left corner.
2. **Change of Job Return Time**:
Select the “Driver’s App" option from the option bar.
Change The ‘Job Return Time’(in min).

- Select "Save" or "Save and Close" at the top left corner to save the changes.
Ques 10: How to Add a Zone?
A user can add or edit a zone as the company need. Users need to follow the below procedure,
From the Admin Module,
1. **Accessing the ‘Zone’**:
- From the side menu, click on "Zone".
- Now, click on ‘Zones’
- To add a new zone, click on “New” from the top left corner.
2. **Adding a Zone**:
Set a new zone name.
Set the Area, Region, Latitude, and Longitude.
Add Pickup or dropoff Charge if needed.
3. **Saving the changes**:
- Select "Save" or "Save and Close" at the top
left corner to save the changes.
Ques 11: How do Add Pickup and Dropoff Parking Charges of a Zone?
A user can add or edit pickup and dropoff charge as the company need. Users need to follow the below procedure,

A company can select driver’s to whom they want to email invoice.

On tariff you need to select time from and until. Tariff’s days starts from ‘0’ which is Sunday.
Then 1(Monday), 2(Tuesday), 3(Wednesday), 4(Thursday), 5(Friday), 6(Saturday).
On the option of copy price you have to select the tariff which tariff’s price is added on price rules. You can copy as 100% or can add % according your requirement.
**If tarrif’s price has been added on price rules then no need to copy anything.
Ques 56: What is tariff?
Tariff is a section where you can add pricing according the different time zone of a day. Its starts from day ‘0’ which is Sunday. Then 1(Monday), 2(Tuesday), 3(Wednesday), 4(Thursday), 5(Friday), 6(Saturday).
Ques 57: What is additional drop off?
On a journey there’s normally 2 addresses which is pick up address and drop off address. Between the journey if the passenger add another address to stop this is called additional drop off.
Ques 58: How we can add additional drop off?
To add additional drop off need to go in the booking form. On left hand side after pick up and drop off address there’s another column for additional drop off.
-Click on additional drop off column and select the address.
-Then click on ‘+’
N.B- You can add multiple additional addresses.
Ques 59: How many vehicle types are there?
There are few vehicle types which you need to add in the system.
Saloon (4 seater car)
Mpv (6 Seater Car)
7 Seater (7 Seater van)
8 Seater (8 Seater van)
Executive (Vip car)
N.B- You can add more according your requirement.
Ques 60: Which cars are in saloon category?
In saloon car it’s all 4 seater vehicles. Like Toyota prious, Tesla and other 4 seater vehicles
Ques 61: What is Mpv car?
In mpv cars catagory it’s all 6 seater cars. Like Sharon, Ford Galaxy, Prious plus,
Bmw 7 series etc.
Ques 62: What is 7 seater?
In 7 seater car catagory it’s all 7 seats car. Like Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Audi etc.
Ques 63: What is 8 seater?
In 8 seater cars catagory it’s all 8 seater car. Like Mercedes-Benz Vito, Toyota Proace Verso, Hyundai i800 etc.
Ques 64: What is search local?
In the booking form you will see search local at pick up and drop off address box. Search Local means it can identify the addresses in London.

In booking form you can change the address search option by pressing ‘F1’. If you click ‘F1’ then it will show you search by national. If you can’t find any postcode on search by local then you can search it on ‘Search national’.

Ques 68: What is booker ?
A company can take bookings from other third party companies as well. Booker is the company from where the main company will get bookings. While logging a booking in the system if it’s a 3rd party company booking then need to select the booker.
Ques 69: What is booker fee?
Booker fee is the fee which is fixed for the booker. Before dispatching a booking you need to add booker fee so that the driver can see the driver price only.
Ques 70: What is top up?
Top up is the price adjustment system. If you want to adjust the driver price by adding extra fare then you can top up the fare for driver. Driver can’t see the top up . He only can see the final drop off fare.

To add booking fee in the system while logging a booking click on driver price
-Add booking fee and save the booking.

To edit booking fee double click on the booking where you want to edit booking fee.

On the way when the driver stops on any place and keep waiting for the passenger it’s called waiting time. Waiting time starts from the time when the driver stops for the passenger until the time they will start the journey again.

To add the waiting time double click on the booking where you want to add the waiting time. - Click on driver price
Add waiting time and save.
N.B- System calculates waiting time in second.
Ques 77: What is waiting charge?
Waiting charge is the charge for waiting time. Waiting charge depends on waiting time(Seconds). After calculating the charge it can be added in the system.
Ques 78: Where you can add waiting charge?
To add waiting charge in the system double click on the booking where you want to add waiting charge.
Click on ‘Driver price’
Add ‘Waiting Charge’ and save.
Ques 79: What is promo code?
Promocode is the code for discount given on website. Normally it applies on website when a passenger will book their journey. If it need to add manually then you can add it in the booking form.
