Understanding the Dispatch Screen

The dispatch system shows you an overview of your all bookings. You can see all present, future, completed, no show, cancelled bookings here.



To enter on this screen:

  1. Connect your remote desktop and double click on Xoera.

  2. Enter your user name and password and then login.

Vehicle Summary

In the top left-hand corner it will show the postcode of the drivers are available on shift. When you will put the cursor on the postcode it will show you how many drivers are there and the the number of driver queue.



Booking Summary

On the dispatch screen you can see all in progress, active, completed, cancelled, no show bookings.

Queue: You can see all bookings here which are ready to dispatch.

In progress: Which drivers have started the booking you can see those bookings here.

Active: You can see all present and future bookings here. You need to select how many days bookings you want to see.

Regular: You can see all regular bookings here.

Completed: You can see all completed bookings here.

No show: You can see all no show bookings here.

Cancelled: You can see all cancelled bookings here.

Failed payment: On web card bookings if any bookings payment is missing then it will show on failed payment.

To see the required bookings you need to click on the circle icon.



Call Log

In the top right-hand corner there’s an option for call log where you can see the upcoming calls and call status.



SMS

In the top right-hand corner there’s an option for SMS. From there you can send and receive SMS.



SMS Log

In the top right-hand corner there’s an option for SMS log. There you can see all sent SMS status.



Messages

In the top right-hand corner there’s an option for messages. You can send and receive messages from the drivers who are using app. For this you need to click on this.

Dispatch booking

From the system to dipatch a booking to the driver click on the booking and right button of the mouse. Then you can see option dispatch. By clicking on dispatch you can choose and select a driver.





Redispatch booking

After dispatching 1 booking to a driver if you want to redispatch it from the driver for any reason then you need to click right button on the booking and you can see redispatch option. You just need to click on it.





Gps

On the top of dispatch screen you can see drivers who Is logged on. If you click right on any driver you can see track driver option. You can collect GPS log from there.
